Good evening doctor, am 14 weeks pregnant, I started taking arkacal since today , I had many times panic attacks before marriage , after marriage sometimes only due to that , I have fear of each and everything about health and all I can't able to take arkacal tablet at once need to break and take bcz it's little big for my throat. Also I had tonsillectomy done when I was 5 years old . Does it affect for me always to take huge pills or is it bevy of my panic attack am afraid ? Is there any substitute of Arkacal tablet please like suspension type or injection also fine .
