Are my reports normal

What is the meaning of normocytic and normochromic rbc ? Also have attached my complete urine examination , I see from reports trace of protein in urine and bit of not normal in the HPF. Can someone please see these reports and tell me if they are normal.

The Pathologist has tried to make it sound very technical. But it is all normal.
