Arachitol 6 Lacs Injection

My Vitamin D is just 6.85% and I have been prescribed Arachitol 6 Lacs injection. I wanted to know is it same as Arachitol Vitamin D3 injection? I am concered as my prescription doesn't mention D3. Please advise. Thanks.
