My part of skin on back of hands and fingers sometimes become scaly and slight red . It looks exactly as if something got scratched. First time it appeared an year ago and became normal after few days and I again see them now. Please find the picture attached.I started using dettol handwash few days ago and not sure if it was because of that. I also had same issue on both sides of my feet. Even this first appeared a year ago but it comes more frequently after it reduces. Please advice if this is any skin problem. Thanks much in advance.
