Can deficiency of vitamin b12 cause hernia in the groin region? I am having low rbc count and vit b12 deficiency like symptoms and feeling little pressure in area around penis and also some liquidity in scrotum with lump in-between groin and thigh region that reduced when i reduced the stress of underwear lining. Can fulfilling of vit b12 deficiency result in improvement in condition?
