I am recently diagnosed with IBS & GASTRITIS & GERD. USEING SOME MEDICINES I AM DOING WORKOUTS AND RUNNING I HAVE HEAVY WORK OUT I HAVE TO TAKE WHEY PROTEIN AND MILK FOR RECOVERY BUT I HAVE DOUBT CAN THIS TRIGGER MY DISEASES PLEASE TELL WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE TELL SOME SUGGESTIONS Present MEDICINE LIST given by doctor  1 .PANTOP -D morning 2.
