Hi, I have suffered with health anxity since 1 year ,I stopped medication as per the advice,I used to take nexito 10 mg and soa based clontril .25mg. Now I am not using any medication. I am Still getting back head pitching not able to sleepwell in the nights , due I need to take any medicines or with cbd I can overcome this?

You can try with CBT sessions for few weeks, if that doesn't help you may need to restart the medicine
