Hi.... I am sorry to disappoint you but it is like having a minor heart attack and asking a doctor/cardiologist to make some quick fixes to correct it. We don't practice magic. Some techniques like hypnotherapy does provide some quick results but if the root remains, the symptoms will come back again. For anxiety/panic attacks weekly counselling sessions are a must. No good can be achieved by 1-2 sessions. It's a waste of time, effort, and money. I sometimes feels strange on the irony of health, especially mental health, in India. People are ready to spend lakhs of rupees on expensive surgeries, but unwilling to make the lifestyle changes that can prevent it. I have seen people suffer for years and waste their time, energy, money on useless things but not on their health and timely treatment.
