Go for a walk. Leisure walking can shut of the stress response.
Remember, anxiety attacks arenât harmful. They are just strong reactions to worry and fear.
Remember, anxiety attacks ALWAYS end. The more you calm yourself down, the faster they end.
Reduce stress, increase rest, and give your body time to calm down. The more relaxed you are, the less likely it is youâll have an anxiety attack.
