How remove anxiety in our mind ? Please help to stop this problem immediately from our mind? Thanks.

. Sleep for 8 hours minimum.Walking or Running for 45 minutes daily.Eat diet rich in fruits and vegetables.Avoid Alcohol , Smoking . Meditation or Yoga for 30 minutes daily. You would also need some.medicinss to increase serotonin levels and reduce stress
