Hello first I want deaaddicton from smartphone and I have social anxiety disorder and symptoms due to social anxiety ,all symptoms not hurt me daily,daily gas and acidity, tiredness and laziness hurt me and when I feel stress and anxious than body shivering and if I have to go somewhere I feel very nervous,so please help me
