From the past few years i am suffering from anxiety and tension, whenever i get anxiety my heart rate shoots up and crosses 100 bpm, reaching till 120-125 bpm while on anxiety. Doctor has prescribed me Inderal 40, half tablet morning, half tablet evening. Does this tablet cause any major side effects. Do i have to take it lifetime?
