Dear Dr, I am facing issue in sleeping and not able to sleep immediately, i have all the symptoms of anxiety like fast heartbeat, sleeping disorder, feel bore, no focus on office work. Need medication, kindly suggest. Male 37 age, anshul mittal, 82 kg weight
