Can we take 2000 mg tablet Ashwagandha a day.... And brahmi vati 2 tablet day for anxiety... pls give me right suggestions for my anxiety last 7 years ...

You need a proper  counseling. Your anxiety can be treated by ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha is an immunity booster and brahmin is good  for anxiety you can take it for 3 months regular. Start doing meditation  at night  before  sleep.
