To counteract fear, you will need to relax. For relaxation you could try the following methods:
Deep breathing, pranayama
Yoga
Yoga nidra
Regular, daily exercise
Balanced diet
Meditation
But to deal with the thoughts and emotions related to your fears, you will need to go through a few counseling sessions. Please consult a good counsellor
