Anxiety, Mood Swings, Lack of confidence

Hello Doctor, I have a prolonged case of anxiety and mood swings. I lack confidence in myself. Too many negative thoughts all the time. I had consulted a psychologist and he had prescribed a few medications. I somehow did not take any of it nor visit him again.

Sorry to hear about your persistent difficulties. There can be many reasons why one doesn't seek professional help or fail to follow advise. Nevertheless it seems to have become imperative that you speak to psychiatrist without delay. Best wishes.
