Keep a check on night oxygen level. Sometimes, tongue fall back in sleep causes restricted breathing but the body naturally compensates for it.
If it keeps repeating , get a sleep apnea test done.
Sleep on your side, instead of on stomach or back.
Not to worry about it presently as it was a one time episode.
Also, visit your psychiatrist for help with anxiety.
