My father ( age 59) got retired recently and now he continuously thinking about what to do next...though everything is fine financially ... But he gets very less and very late sleep ... I have Tricita plus tablets can I give him those tables daily one tablet before bed... He dont have any allergy of medicine .

Tricita plus is a combination drug..  shudnot be used without having proper need.  Is he having diabetes or hypertension or any other  health problems..??  Please consult for further management,  shud look if its only sleep disturbance related to age or associated with anxiety
