Anxiety during ECG

Dear doctors, today during full body checkup while taking ECG, i panicked big time and my heart rate increased. I have anxiety disorder also, my ECG came as sinus tachycardia, non specific ST abnormalities. My Echo was normal, thyroid normal, electrolytes normal. Total cholesterol normal.please look at my ECG and let me know if it's ok..I am really worried.

Your heart rate is 110/ minute . It is not unusual. It has been corroborated by 2D ECHO. That is also normal. No cause for worry. You may seek a proper consultation with a Psychiatrist for your Anxiety state
