Suffering from geneiralised anxiety disorder for last 20 yrs,.body aches in morning, headache, stomach upset.

Generalised Anxiety Disorder is a chronic condition, with waxing and waning of symptoms over time. GAD usually responds excellently to medication. I recommend that you have your medication titrated to the optimal dose for maximum effect.
