Anxiety and sleep deprivation

I'm facing anxiety and sleep deprivation since first lockdown. Now a days feeling very tired and I used to take Tazzle 10mg half before intercourse every month only once. I have disturbed sleep since 2 days shall I take Tazzle will there be any side effects. Please advice.
