Worrying a lot about things that may or may not be significant enough. Too many thoughts in my head at one time. Hard to rationally think about situations.

Too much pressure, too much worry, financial problems,mental stress etc are may be the cause for unnecessary thoughts. U must learn to handle those stress,thoughts etc .In life there nothing is planned, anything can happen any time in life.But u have to be prepare. Nothing to worry just handle the situation according to practical analysis and use ur intelligence. I think apart from that there may be something in ur mind which distract u from ur life goal.U must search that point and resolve that.
