Anxiety and panic attacks

Hi, i usually get panic and anxiety attacks . I get palpitations in stomach , vibrations in chest with nervousness . I feel breathless ness and then squeezing sensation in and around stomach and chest . I feel like passing out of fainting . I always have a constant fear of getting heart attack . So if i get any pinching sensation or vibration around chest , the panic attack triggers .Due to this i am unable to concentrate at work . Please help or suggest anything how to handle i dont want to take medications for mental health.
