Hi. It must be difficult to be able to live with so much pressure from all the above mentioned symptoms. The good thing is your support system in form of a loving family and husband.
The good news is all these can be worked on. You need to really start working on yourself mentally.
This process can happen with the help of a counselor/psychologist.
Start reading positive and motivating books like Chicken Soup for the soul and so on.
Mindfulness based exercises are also something you could Google and work on by yourself.
