I feel like I have all this disorders, mixture of it. Few months ago I used to have repeat episodes of panic attacks, though that time I didn't used to smoke or drink. I have anger management issue. I get weird feeling when I stand in crowd (function, party etc) I get nervous when it comes to talking to new ppl I Starr stammering, delay in saying words, wrong pronunciation of words. I have this running thoughts, lack of concentration, repetitive behavior, mood swings in hyper way like I get irritate easily, I get sad without any reason, if there is incident happening with me then I have flashbacks, nightmares related to those incident. When I get panic attacks I get nervous, my heart starts beating fast, I feel like vomiting, get breathless, hands shiver, continuous tapping of left or right leg. Sometimes when I am sitting idly there is sudden wave of something which makes me sad and I get flashbacks of my past.
