I am facing difficulty in swallowing since a year I had antacid but no relief now am facing problem of constipation nd itch anus nd discomfort but no blood also I don't have thyroid i have only pcod problem

Constipation is common with pcod.
Have nutritious food rich in fiber
Drink atleast 3L of water every day.
Avoid oily and junk food.
Itching in anus could be parasytic infestation.
Take Tab Bandy plus (1 tablet) at night after food.
Repeat 1 tablet after a week.
