I am facing difficulty in swallowing since a year I had antacid but no relief now am facing problem of constipation nd itch anus nd discomfort but no blood also I don't have thyroid i have only pcod problem

Tab albendazole 400(0-0-1)food 3days. Syr cremaffin plus(0-0-10ml)7days after Food. Tab pans 40(1-0-1)7days before food.

Constipation is common with pcod. Have nutritious food rich in fiber Drink atleast 3L of water every day. Avoid oily and junk food. Itching in anus could be parasytic infestation. Take Tab Bandy plus (1 tablet) at night after food. Repeat 1 tablet after a week.
