Anus and penis burning sensation

It's been almost 1 year I have this burning sensation in anus sometimes in penis. I took almost all test blood, urine analysis, stool test, proctoscope, ultrasound, CT contrast, urine culture. All looks fine. I have blood pressure 135/ 95 , I have blood sugar level at border hb1ac 5.9. I have consulted gp, gastro so far. They said all reports looks normal and no big issues. But for me this burning sensation is not going away. When I wake up in the morning I feel no burning sensation. It starts slowly in the day. Please let me know whom I should consult and what it could be.
