Antinuclear antibody indirect IF

I am having severe hairfall. MY doctor prescribed Antinuclear antibody test.In my test report showing Cytoplasmic granular positive What its mean? Is there any serious issue? I have attached the test report. Please see and tell me the issue.

ANA positivity has very low positive predictive  value. That means ANA can be positive in so many cases. But if it's negative, that's more important for us. It would be a good idea to visit Dr Geetika Srivastava for a complete evaluation
