My anti TPO is positive and my doctor has not given me any medication for it. Does it affect in conceiving? I am taking thyroxine 87.5 daily and TSH is 4

If ur pregnant levelshould be  maintained at 2.5 in the first 12 weeks Dose to be increased If not pregnant  level is ok with ur dose
