Please find the attached image and confirm is it a anterior pelvic tilt or not? And how to cure it thanks

Hi. This xray looks normal first of all. Pelvic tilt is not seen or calculated in this xray view. You need to get Xray of LS spine LATERAL VIEW to calculate and comment on pelvic tilt.

He will need to be assessed on clinical examination and XRay Dorso Lumbar spINE AP - STANDING. Limbo- Sacral spine Lateral including pelvis. A-P Pelvis with both Hips standing

We require a side view of your body to assess anterior pelvic tilt. X-ray will not be able to determine and this limited view will definitely not.
