Anovaluatory prolonged bleeding

I am taking norethindrone 5 mg *6 tablets per day. If I continue this dosage will it stop my prolonged bleeding. Along with norethindrone do I need to take any other medication to stop my anovaluatory prolonged bleeding from the last few weeks. What is your USG report? What is your Thyroid profile? If everything is OK, then you can take Novex DS twice a week for 3mth. It will reduce prolong bleeding
