We have done an anomaly scan on week 20 of pregnancy and in the report its mentioned as "aorta is measured 3.5 mm and pulmonary artery smaller than aorta measures 3 mm abdomen". Radiologist suggest to have a fetal 3D echo by week 23 to check the progress. Is it a major issues or its resolved automatically or can we take any precautions for the same. Please help.

The duration of pregnancy is 40 weeks. Whatever the problems, you can do nothing till your baby is born. Please don't tax yourself unnecessarily at this stage. Wait till the baby is born. After that you should tell your Paediatrician about this problem.
