Ankylosing spondilytis

I have been suffering from ankylosing spondilytis since 7-8 years and it is diagnosed around twenty years ago. Now I have been given option of taking injection Infliximab 400 mg on frequency of every 2 weeks. Please let me know if the injection will be helpful to me and the disease will get control with this.
