Ankle swelling

Recently I got selection in sub inspector of police. And started the traing. But after one week of running and parade practice my both ankles are swelling without  any pain. How to recover . ? Is it getting worse? Please reply

Take rest. Ice pack and limb elevation is enough. It may be due to overexcersion

It’s probably due to heavy training .. apply crepe bandage use ice pack and elevation and rest for atleast 3 days .if no improvement please consult

It must be due to unaccustomed posture of standing and doing parade for long hours. Apply elastocrepe and foot elevation while in sitting and lying postures.
