Ankle Sprain Spray
I had a ankle sprain since 28 days . My swelling has reduced 60% but untill there are slight swelling and when i try to kick then there is severe pain in the ankle . So yesterday i was going to homeopath doctor and he prescribed some constitutional medicine drops and this Oil spray that i have attached below . Please say me Is this spray effective ?

But apart from this spray constitutional homoeopathy medicine will show the results.
But it is also important to check your calcium and vitamin D level .

How do you feel relieved in pain? Keep your affected ankle in warm water, for warm fomentation, for 10 minutes daily before you sleep but cover your ankle with bed sheet for another 15 minutes to retain heat. Give complete rest to affected joint for atleast 6 weeks.Any pain killer spray will give some what relief. However you have not named the medicine, you are taking orally.
