Don't start walking as an exercise.do frequent icing for 20 mins.visiting a physiotherapist vl help u more.Taking few Ultrasound sessions to overcome swelling and inflammation ,followed by taping for a week should resolve faster.giving compression and elevation will reduce swelling faster.in the long run after healing please ensure ankle and lower limb strengthening rehab is done to prevent repeated sprains and strains.
