Dear sirs, pls find x ray of my left ankle, please let me know is there any fracture or not, if fracture is there, please advice treatment

There doesn't appear any fracture in this x ray. Can you also send the AP view of x ray for better understanding.. what complaints do you have at present.. the treatment can be planned accordingly...
