Since how long? Is there any stressor that you can remember? Do you also have panic attacks ?
What you can try to do is observe & write down what situations lead to stress and anxiety. You can also start some form of relaxation exercises. Regularize your sleep and food habits and engage in some form of physical activity/ pick up a sport/dance/yoga etc. Stop smoking/alcohol if you have been consuming any.
Consult a psychiatrist online or in person because you will need a detailed assessment. Your BP and
Thyroid levels also will need assessment.
