I'm suffering from angular Chelitis from last two years, Visited Several Doctors - Used Ointments, Antibiotics, Anti Infections, Anti Inflammatory tablets, Took Vitamin B12 tablets for 4months I tried Homoeopathic treatment too but still Angular Chelitis is there. B12 level - 162 pg/ml
