Hello, Getting frequently angered or being impatient is largely indicating of negative emotional state/ Unhappiness/ stress/ dissatisfaction etc. It’s important to understand the reasons for that. Visiting a psychologist would aid this process. Psychologist can then help you plan out strategies in order to control your anger and impulses. Also, in such situations, you can take a deep breath and count backward from 50 to 0 slowly. This will help in slowly calming your mind and in regaining control over the situation. Writing diary regarding such events and introspection too can be helpful. You can also join an exercise classes/ long brisk walking in order to release the excess energy.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist Anger management.
Health Tips
