Getting angry is normal. However, the context of situation and the manner in which the anger is expressed decides whether there is a need to do something about it or no. Generally, when the mood is low or irritable one tends to get angry. When one one is cheerful or happy, the likelihood of getting angry is less. The state of mood dictates one's temperament and behavior.
