I really don't know what i say at times to those whom i love the most, i end up hurting them in anger and i tend to forget what i exactly said. I am constantly being told that i am very kiddish i say all sort of nonsense in anger and then i regret it later. I have no emotional control i start crying anytime i get even the slightest of the problems i start thinking too much about one thing till the time it makes me feel uncomfortable. Also u have become really lazy, i don't feel like studying because i have so much on my mind i don't just know what to do. I cannot focus.

Hi, Negative emotions like anger, frustration can be channelised productively. List down the list of things you like to do and how these can help you channelise your negative energy in a positive direction. For example, when you feel angry, you can go for run. Involve yourself in sports or any physical activity. If you like writing, you can maintain a journal. After your anger has subsided, you can reflect about the incident and try to understand what caused you to behave in such a manner. After anger, comes guilt and this can make you feel worse about yourself. The fact that you are seeking help for your problem is a positive sign. You can look for more anger management strategies online.

If you have unresolved emotions or pent up anger, it will definitely have an impact on your ability to concentrate. First, deal with your unresolved emotions by channelising them in a positive direction and talking about it with your loved ones or a counselor.

Health Tips
Being aware of your triggers, anticipating and preparing for it, coming up with an alternative helpful behavior could help you avoid aggressive behavior. Sometimes, we need not lose our temper on every big or small thing. In your mind, make a list of what you want to fight for assertively and what you want to let go of. This will give you some peace of mind.
