Not able to express yourself can be frustrating. It is understandable that you're angry and you are suppressing your anger. This is surely effecting your health and relationships.
It appears that there are other negative emotions too. Please speak to someone you trust. A psychological counsellor can you listen to you without judgement. She will be able to help you with your suppressed anger. It is very important that you deal with it your anger issues at the earliest.
There are many techniques on the Internet that can help you deal with your anger. However I would still suggest you speak to a psychological counsellor.
