I have been suffering from anal fissure from past 1 month .when i see in mirror there is a tear in anal area .when i poop blood doesnt come but pain will be there and in sometimes pain also accurs when i sit in chair r on floor .will it gets cure by following diet like intake of fibre food etc.. or else compulsory medical treatment should be taken.i have to go to classes regularly after 1 month from the past 2months i have holidays so that i didnt suffer more if it continues the same i cannot sit in class and stay for long hours.will it get cure by eating fibre food r medical treatment plz answer me .THANK U.
