I have been constipated for over a month now and I had this hard stool I felt like I could get out it seemed so close to coming out of my anus ... well I stuck a 2 wet q tips in my Anus for 5 seconds and the hard stool came out and I think I messed something up in there because I’m hurting bad

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three tines a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
