Sometimes i feel severe pain in my anal region associated with constipation sometimes ... i could see a pink lump which is rough and hard .. it lasts for about a week .. and get resolved after tat ..there is no associated bleeding.i have been facing this since a yr on and off Should i be concerned abt this?
