Painless lump on anus. No pain or bleeding or any other abnormal symptoms. Could it be due to sexual contact? Or hemorrhoids?

See it's a external hemorrhoids Follow this for 10 days U will get relief symptomatically But the treatment is to remove Because recurrence is common High fiber diet Plenty of oral fluid Warm sitz bath Thrice a day for 15 min at least Lignocaine jelly application twice a day Sup duphalac 3 tsp in the night after food Let me know after 10 days

It is not due to sexual contact. It is hemorrhoids. Since how long is this? Any other issues? Started any meds, pls consult.
