Anal fissures

I am suffering from anal fissures from quite sometime. Doing sitz bath and taking nityam tab for digestion. Still bleeding after passing stools for the second or third time of the day. I am confused whether to go for homeopathy or ayurveda for complete cure and to avoid recurrence. Pls guide Any doctor having natural and permanent cure pls help.

Please don't be confused. You should consult a General Surgeon in your area. Let him at least confirm that you have anal fissure. After confirmation you can try any PATHY for your treatment. Then you will be sure that you had a disease and you got cured. Otherwise all Doctors will make tall claims that they cured fissure by their mode of treatment.
