IM 45 years old .I WAS HAVING CHRONIC CONSTIPATION SO I TOOK LOOSE SYRUP NOW MY STOOLS R NORMAL N NO BLEEDING IS THERE BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE PROBLEM WHENEVER I PASS STOOL THERE IS PAIN N BURNING SENSATION IN MY RECTUM AREA.IS THIS ANAL FISSURE OR SOMETHING ELSE. IS THIS SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT.PLZ HELP ME.IM SACRED OF SURGERY.
