I have tiny cuts in my anal region. It's itchy as well. Can I apply boroline or soframycin on anal cuts/fissure?

Include high fibre diet, adequate water, take laxative syrups to avoid  constipation.. So that it can heal at the earliest.. If symptoms persists u can connect for guidance and management
